iTaoBuy Spreadsheet Transit Delays

Quoted transit windows, route by route

What iTaoBuy’s estimator quoted for a 1 kg parcel on 16 October 2026, what its delivery panels show, and how far those windows sit from the delay lines.

We asked iTaoBuy’s freight estimator, logged out, for a 1 kg parcel of 30 × 20 × 10 cm with no product category, to ten destinations, on 16 October 2026. The table counts the routes returned, how many offered Worry-Free, and the spread of quoted windows. Prices are in the evidence notes; this page is about days.

Australia returned only postal routes that day, and only one of them, HZ-ETK, offered Worry-Free. A buyer in Australia choosing anything else is in the postal row of the table, where no delay payout is listed.

Read across, the pattern is plain. On every destination except Canada’s sea line, the top of the widest quoted window sits below day 25. A parcel has to run at least several days past the slowest quoted window before the first coupon line applies, and much further before a Worry-Free 20% line does.

The number of routes with Worry-Free varies more than the windows do. The United States had cover on every route returned; Australia on one of five; France, Italy, Poland, Spain and the Netherlands on the DHL lines and HZ-ETK but not on the postal parcel routes.

The delivery panel behind each window

EU DHL Duty-Free - Fast, Germany, 1 kg. The struck-through price and the “Limited -40%” tag belong to a coupon whose own expiry field reads 30 June 2026. Captured logged out, 16 October 2026. View full image

Open a route in the estimator with View and a panel appears with a “Parcel Delivered Rate” and four bands. For EU DHL Duty-Free - Fast to Germany, the card says 13 to 20 days. The panel says 25% for parcels sent between 27 August and 26 September 2026, and then splits them: 1% under 10, 26% at 10 to 15, 31% at 16 to 20 and 42% over 20.

The panel does not label its units and does not say whether the bands cover all parcels or only delivered ones. We read it as a picture of recent parcels and nothing more. It is still the clearest sign in iTaoBuy’s own tools that a quoted window is a middle, not an edge.

EMS - Sea Line: three numbers for one route

Canada’s EMS - Sea Line shows how far apart iTaoBuy’s own figures can sit. The card says 34-58 Days. The route description underneath says “Total transit time approximately 30-40 days”. The delivery panel, for parcels sent between 8 July and 16 September 2026, puts 94% in the over-40 band and gives a delivered rate of 62%.

Then add the delay rules. The table gives land and sea routes a coupon past 50 days. The estimator’s Worry-Free record for this route says 100 days, applied for from day 101, at a 5% cover rate. A parcel can sit past the description, inside the card window and short of both delay lines, all at once.

Express routes: the narrow windows

iTaoBuy estimator panel for HZ-ETK to the United Kingdom, 6-15 days, with delivered-rate bands.
HZ-ETK, United Kingdom, 1 kg, expanded panel. Struck-through price: expired coupon. Captured 16 October 2026. View full image

HZ-ETK to the United Kingdom is quoted at 6 to 15 days. Its panel for parcels sent between 27 August and 26 September 2026 shows 36% under 10 days, 50% at 10 to 15, 7% at 16 to 20 and 7% over 20, with a delivered rate of 100%.

Express routes carry the shortest Worry-Free delay line, 30 days, and the estimator lets you apply from day 31. Against a 15-day top, that is twice the quoted window. On these routes the 25-day coupon is the line most parcels would meet first, and only if the parcel runs ten days past the top of the window.

Which routes show the Worry-Free shield

iTaoBuy estimator result list for Canada, 1 kg, showing route names, Worry-Free shields and transit times.
Canada, 1 kg, the first five of eight routes in the result list. Green shields mark routes with Worry-Free. Struck-through prices and “Limited -40%” tags are an expired coupon. Captured logged out, 16 October 2026. View full image

In the result list, routes that can take Worry-Free carry a small green shield labelled “Worry-Free Shipping”. For Canada on 16 October 2026 that was Canada Line-F, Canada Line-MG, Canada Line-TH, EMS - Sea Line and HZ-ETK; HZ-EUB, HZ-Postal Parcel AIR and HZ-ETY had none.

Across all ten destinations the pattern held: the four HZ postal parcel routes never showed the shield, and EU Small Packages showed it only for Germany. If your route has no shield, the no-cover column of the table is the only one that can apply, and on the postal routes even that has no delay line.

Check the shield again on the package page before paying. The estimator reflects what a logged-out visitor sees on the day; the package page shows what your parcel can actually take, and the Worry-Free prompt there sits just above the Submit button, according to iTaoBuy’s launch notice.

October 2025 help-centre transit figures

Comparison of the 2025 help-centre transit table with the 2026 estimator for six countries.
One figure per country in 2025, several per route in 2026. View full image

The help centre’s logistics page still carries a transit table by country, last updated 28 October 2025, in working days and with 1 to 2 days of packing on top: 10 to 12 for the United Kingdom, 10 to 15 for the United States, 10 to 12 for Germany, 9 to 12 for France, 10 to 15 for Italy and 12 to 14 for Poland, among 19 countries.

It gives one figure per country, while the estimator quotes per route and per day. Where the two differ, the estimator is newer and route-specific, so this site uses it and keeps the 2025 table only for comparison. Neither is a promise, and neither is what the delay lines measure against: the table’s day counts are fixed numbers.

The old table is still useful in one way: it is the only place that adds packing time explicitly, 1 to 2 days between your submission and dispatch. That time is before day 0. If a parcel feels late, check the shipping date on the package page before counting from the day you paid.

Put your own route next to the delay lines.
