iTaoBuy Spreadsheet shelves and the parcels they make
Sixteen catalogue shelves with practical option and measurement checks, followed by the records worth keeping before a parcel ships.
All sixteen shelves
Each shelf opens a live category or search in the product catalogue. The labels are ours; the links go to the catalogue’s own category paths. Use the product notes to check the selected option and measurements. Packing still matters later: compare actual and volumetric weight using the chosen route’s own billing rule.

Why the 3 kg line matters when a parcel runs late

Every coupon line in the 2026 table has two values. A parcel whose billable weight is 3 kg or less earns a coupon for CNY 30 off; a heavier one earns CNY 50 off. The 20% lines for Worry-Free parcels scale with the shipping fee instead, so weight reaches them through the price.
Billable weight is not the number on your bathroom scale. The estimator’s note on most dedicated routes reads: “Volume Weight (KG) = L*W*H (CM) / 8000. Billing will be based on the greater of the actual weight and volume weight.” A boxed pair of trainers and two coats can cross 3 kg on volume alone.
Choosing items when you already know the parcel may be slow

Pick items as you normally would, then ask one extra question: would I mind if this arrived a week after the top of the quoted window. The estimator quotes, for example, 10 to 15 days on U.S. Line - F and 12 to 18 days on DHL Duty-Free - Economy to Germany for a 1 kg parcel (read 16 October 2026). Those are quoted windows, not promises.
Seasonal items are the obvious case. A coat ordered for a trip, a gift for a date, a pair of shoes for an event: if the date matters, the delay rules give you a coupon, not the item on time. Holiday cut-offs in the notice list show the weeks when the warehouse or its carriers stop shipping.
Food and drink are a separate case with their own channel and limits; this site does not cover them.
Keep seller dispatch separate from international transit
Before ordering, record the seller’s exact item and variant, quantity and any stated dispatch condition. A pre-sale listing can delay the start of the warehouse journey even when an international line has a short estimated transit window. Ask about an essential timing condition before paying rather than adding an advertised route duration to the day you first saw the product.
The Spreadsheet is a directory of finds; iTaoBuy purchases and receives the goods before you submit a parcel. Those are separate stages with separate records. Save the listing and order details now, then add the actual international shipment date later. A catalogue card, domestic tracking event or order-payment date is not a substitute for the date used by a particular parcel policy.
Choosing sellers: what affects the clock and what does not

Seller speed matters, but not to the delay rules. iTaoBuy’s shopping information page puts a typical seller dispatch at three to seven days, with a first reminder to the seller on day four. None of that time counts toward 25 days: the delay count starts when the international parcel ships.
What a seller can change is how long your items sit before you can submit the parcel. A slow seller in one order holds back the whole parcel if you wait to ship everything together. If a date matters, split the order or ship the early items first; the extra operation fee per parcel (CNY 8 on the US and UK routes, CNY 15 on the EU DHL routes in the estimator) is the trade-off.
Seller ratings, shop age and listing photos are judged on the marketplace itself; iTaoBuy’s order page links back to it.
Records worth keeping on shipping day

- Write down the route name exactly as the estimator shows it. Route names change: lines named in a June 2025 notice do not appear under the same names in the October 2026 estimator.
- Note whether the route shows the green Worry-Free shield. On 16 October 2026 none of the HZ-EUB, HZ-ETY, HZ-SAL or HZ-Postal Parcel AIR results offered it, and EU Small Packages offered it only for Germany.
- Keep the shipping fee you actually paid. The 20% lines are 20% of the actual shipping cost.
- Take a screenshot of the package page on the day it ships. The claim needs the shipping time and tracking number.
- Check the notice list for holiday cut-offs before you submit; a parcel submitted the evening before a closure can wait days to ship.
